OOuba accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. For sizing or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information when available. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
