OOuba accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. For sizing or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at OOuba.shop@yahoo.com and we’ll work to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at OOuba.shop@yahoo.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund.

Many OOuba products are made to order, so please allow time for production before shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, and destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information when available. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Sizing can vary between different styles and products, so we recommend using the measurements provided rather than relying only on your usual size. If you’re between sizes, compare the measurements with a similar item you already own.
